Paris 45 Days in the Clink?

Paris Hilton is in big trouble, if the Los Angeles City Attorney has his way. TMZ has obtained documents filed with the court, in which prosecutors say they want Hilton to spend 45 days in jail.

Paris must appear tomorrow on a probation violation, for allegedly driving on a suspended license. Hilton was already on probation after pleading no contest last January to alcohol-related reckless driving. The DMV had suspended Hilton's license as a result of her DUI bust.

While her license was suspended, Hilton was stopped by the CHP last January 15, and again by the L.A. County Sheriffs on February 27.

The City Attorney will argue that Hilton certainly knew after she was stopped in January that she wasn't allowed to drive, so the second stop was a flagrant violation of law.

The documents suggest Hilton mistakenly relied on her lawyer's assumption that Hilton had a right to drive, but the City Attorney claims in the legal papers that it's a bogus argument.

According to the papers, Hilton also failed to enroll in an alcohol education program within 21 days of the order directing her to do so.

The legal papers ask that "Hilton be ordered to serve 45 days in County Jail." Prosecutors also want her to be ordered "not to consume any alcohol for a continuous period of 90 days." During that 90-day period, prosecutors want her "to be monitored for alcohol consumption ... by use of a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) device at her expense."

Paris at her best: Click to launch photosTracy Morgan was just ordered to wear a SCRAM device.

The City Attorney wants more. Because of her "flagrant" driving violations, they want her license suspended for an additional four months -- and they want her car impounded for 30 days.

46. The law applies to EVERYONE. This includes spoiled little rich girls whose parents are doing them no favors by not setting good examples and teaching them right from wrong. I still remember watching ONE episode of the Simple Life when they were at a dairy farm and she spoiled a lot of milk and had no sense of remorse for ruining what is, in reality, the livelihood of that family. SEND HER UP THE RIVER.

47. As a person who has lost 21 friends due to others driving drunk. Six of my friends die at one time "burned alive in a trapped car" because a drunk driver ran head on into them. Paris needs to go to Jail and also do public service for her driving drunk. DD is not a laughing matter!!!! I will write the LA courts and push the issue and I hope others write as well. If Paris wants to be in the public life she should be responsable for her actions in public!

48. Even if she got jail time, she wouldn't serve it like any of the rest of us! They would put her up in a Rehab Program for Thrity Days, watch there will be a trade off, she'll have to wear her ankle bracelet, she'll be driven around by someone and she'll make fun of the system! If Snoop Dogg hasn't went to jail for what he has done in the past few months, you can bet she won't either! She doesn't believe the rules are made for her, because she hasn't had to follow rules her entire life! Not all her fault, just the way that it is! She'll do some type of Community Service with animals no doubt, since she loves Aniamls, but she won't do "Jail Time" she'll just have to spend quit a bit of money and wear a braclet and maybe go to a Rehab Center for ten/thrity days but this girl won't go to "jail" mark my words! To many others have done way worse and have walked, she isn't to worried about it!

50. I'm so damn tired of all these rich brats getting away with everything that no one else would. I say lock her up it's about time some of these celebs spent a few nights in jail to remind themselves that they aren't above anyone else.

52. Paris is a beautiful, caring and tender young lady. She always tries to make people around her feel special. She cannot help it that she was born gorgeous, rich and talented. When you write bad things about her it makes her sad and makes her cry. She just wants to love and be loved. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Pathetic, insignificant losers.
