Paris 45 Days in the Clink?

Paris Hilton is in big trouble, if the Los Angeles City Attorney has his way. TMZ has obtained documents filed with the court, in which prosecutors say they want Hilton to spend 45 days in jail.

Paris must appear tomorrow on a probation violation, for allegedly driving on a suspended license. Hilton was already on probation after pleading no contest last January to alcohol-related reckless driving. The DMV had suspended Hilton's license as a result of her DUI bust.

While her license was suspended, Hilton was stopped by the CHP last January 15, and again by the L.A. County Sheriffs on February 27.

The City Attorney will argue that Hilton certainly knew after she was stopped in January that she wasn't allowed to drive, so the second stop was a flagrant violation of law.

The documents suggest Hilton mistakenly relied on her lawyer's assumption that Hilton had a right to drive, but the City Attorney claims in the legal papers that it's a bogus argument.

According to the papers, Hilton also failed to enroll in an alcohol education program within 21 days of the order directing her to do so.

The legal papers ask that "Hilton be ordered to serve 45 days in County Jail." Prosecutors also want her to be ordered "not to consume any alcohol for a continuous period of 90 days." During that 90-day period, prosecutors want her "to be monitored for alcohol consumption ... by use of a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) device at her expense."

Tracy Morgan was just ordered to wear a SCRAM device.

The City Attorney wants more. Because of her "flagrant" driving violations, they want her license suspended for an additional four months -- and they want her car impounded for 30 days.

Even if she went to jail shed be in P.C.
although if she wasnt shed get her ass beat down EVERY DAY ...and end up in P.C.
I think that what would work here is pics of her going to jail...pics of her making her bunk, pics of her the chow line....maby a few pics of her w/ some corn rows or plats.....
that would be humiliating to her

94. Paris should go to jail but she won't. She will buy her way out of it in one way or another. I feel sad for these poor little rich kids who don't seem to have any morals or standards. I heard a comedian once who said "Even Paris Hilton is setting new standards - showing the rest of us that even the rich can be white trash." It was pretty funny.

96. Paris will not go to jail, she should she will just do what the rest of the celebs do go to rehab. Then maybe community service like Naomi C what a joke her ass should have locked up to. Its not saying much about the law when the rich can do whatever they want and the working folk are screwed with all the time for any and everything. The Hilton's will get her out of it if they have to pay the judge off to make it happen. These judges in most of these celeb cases act like they are scarred to lock these lawbreakers up !! WTF ? Judges get some damn balls and do your damn job!!

97. I am so surprised at the haters here wanting Paris to go to jail. What in the world has Paris done to anyone else? Most (not all) people have partied and drove a little tipsy and if she weren't hounded by paps she prolly wouldn't have gotten caught driving on a suspended liscense. These are not such horrible things.

98. It seems like another famous person gets caught for DUI almost every week. Someone needs to teach them a lesson! Paris, with her spoiled attitude and complete disregard for the law, is the best person I can think of to be made an example of. Cheers to the city attorney. To the judge: do us all a favor before Paris (or any other celebrity) runs down a child playing outside because they think they are above the law!

99. The spoiled little brat deserves to go to jail, as it is obvious that she thinks she is above the law. Otherwise, she would not have been driving in the first place. Obviously, she thinks that only common people have to pay for there mistakes. Maybe it will be a wake-up call for her. Maybe her parents should be doing something about it too, being as she is making them look bad.

101. This pampered princess biotch needs to take responsibilty for her actions for a change. She probably won't do any jail time, money talks...and we all know mommy and daddy's money has saved her ass a time or two before. Yeah right she didn't know her license was suspended...if that's true, it's only because there is nothing in between her two ears. If you aren't supposed to be driving....don't be a dumb ass by driving with no lights on!!!

104. Her excuse is "my attorney didn't tell me that my license had been suspended". Pathetic. So, either she's telling the truth or she's lying.

If she's telling the truth, then it's her fault that she didn't go to her own hearing, because the penalty that was imposed on her was disclosed both verbally & on paper. Instead of making sure she knew what the conditions of her probation were, she instead decided to play the "I'm too important to be bothered by this minor issue" card, and blew off her own hearing. Which makes her a dumbass & she should spend time in jail.

If she's lying, and did know that her license had been suspended (and decided to drive anyway), then she's even more of a dumbass & needs to spend more than 45 days in jail. Maybe natural selection will take place in jail, and she'll be removed from the human gene pool....
